SERVICES AND FACILITY
We are Michigan’s first sleep disorders diagnosis and treatment center for heart patients. We offer comprehensive testing using overnight sleep study for Sleep Disordered Breathing (SDB). Our board certified sleep physicians read and evaluate sleep study results and offer diagnoses and treatment options that can result in improved heart health and better quality of life for our patients.
Our brand new, state-of-the-art Sleep Center has beautifully appointed private rooms comparable to a high-end hotel, with a queen-sized bed, plush linens, flat screen television and private bathroom in each. Monitoring by our highly-skilled staff is discreet, and the comfort and privacy of our patients is our highest priority. We are conveniently located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, just one mile north of I-94.
PHYSICIANS
Thomas R. Gravelyn, MD, DBASM
Medical Director
A graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School, Dr. Gravelyn completed a three year fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at UM. He is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease, critical care and sleep medicine. Dr. Gravelyn is President of Michigan Multispecialty Physicians, PC, and section chief for Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.
G. Alfred Dodds, III, MD
Program Director/Administrator
Dr. Dodds is a graduate of the Medical College of Ohio and has special interests in Adult Congenital Heart Disease, Valvular Heart Disease, Nuclear Cardiology and Echocardiography including Transesophageal Echocardiography. Dr. Dodds has authored and co-authored many publications, abstracts and book chapters involving various topics in cardiac disease research. He is currently the director of the Coronary Care Unit at Michigan Heart, PC.
Matt Thomas, RPSGT
Sleep Center Clinic Coordinator
Matt is a registered polysomnographic technologist and leads our team of clinicians at the Sleep Center. He is in his tenth year of working in the field, with special focus developing and managing clinical sleep diagnoses and treatment facilties for Sleep Disordered Breathing patients.
